After a thorough investigation period of approximately 6 months, Herald Resources Limited commenced using PRONTO EMS on the 1st July, 1995.

Our requirements were for a fully integrated and cost effective package that would fulfil the majority of our requirements without requiring modification to suit our specific needs. The package should also have a large user base of clients thereby guaranteeing the ongoing development and support of the package in the event of downturns in the mining industry.

Our installation of PRONTO EMS via Scope Systems could have been seen as a risk at the time as we were their first PRONTO EMS installation. This was to be anything but the case as installation, although hectic, proceeded very successfully.

We are now many years in to a support arrangement with Scope Systems and believe that we are receiving excellent support and look forward to a successful continuation of this relationship.
