Warehouse Management

PRONTO-Xi Warehouse Management System is a sophisticated warehouse control system designed to maximise warehouse throughput and customer service levels. Each location within the warehouse is specified in a 3D co-ordinated system and optimal picking paths can be specified to guide the picker or replenisher through the warehouse in the most effective sequence. User defined locations are supported, including carton line storage (CLS), carousel and manual pick locations.

Advanced Warehouse

PRONTO-Xi Advanced Warehouse is designed to automate a variety of functions which are normally performed manually in large warehouses. Automatic allocation of stock to bins and locations within a warehouse, automatic replenishment, despatch confirmation, pallet control and vehicle and hand held RF terminal support each make up parts of this module.

The PRONTO-Xi Advanced Warehouse module shares a number of files in common with the normal PRONTO-Xi Warehousing module. You may however design the warehouse operations to suit your requirements.
