Budget Upload

Our budget upload tool allows you to quickly and easily upload General Ledger and project budgets for each period by simply copying and pasting them from a spreadsheet, not only making the process simpler but also minimising the risk of data entry error.

General Ledger Details

The General Ledger Details module allows enhanced descriptions to be written to the databse for system generated General Ledger transactions involving inventory items. This provides more information at your disposal without the need to drill down into individual accounts.

Job Code Status Change

The Job Code Status Change modules allow the user to re-open a PRONTO project in one easy step, if the project has been closed and you later decided that you wish  to add more transactions to you.

EFT Transfer

Our EFT Transfer module facilitates the smooth and easy transfer of PRONTO generated EFT files from the PRONTO server, over to a local Windows® drive. From the Windows® drive your data can then be easily uploaded to your chosen banking software without the need to re-enter the data manually.

Find PO by String

This function provides the facility to search purchase orders within the systems for any particular text entered. This is a particularly useful tool when dealing with special orders.

Picking Slip Authorisation

This authorisation tools allows for the printing of picking slips in order to prevent any duplications, allowing you to maintain a controlled business process.

Upload Plant Readings

This is a program designed to upload plant item readings from third party software or Excel sheets
