Here at Scope Systems we support our customers in a number of different ways, allowing them to get the most out of their ERP solution and the biggest return on investment.
If you have an immediate need for support during office hours, Scope Systems will contact you within one hour of logging your enquiry. We also provide an emergency number for high priority support needs out of hours.
We hold regular training workshops that cover everything from projecting costing, systems administration to plant maintenance and general ledger set up, to allow our customers and their staff to improve their working knowledge of our solutions.
We also arrange a number of networking events throughout the year where you can meet other Scope Systems customers and share experiences and knowledge, or just make some new business contacts.
