Management Team

Scope Systems management team is responsible for the departmental operations within Scope Systems.

Andre Smit - Chief Operating Officer
Over thirty years of experience in ICT working for a number of international vendors such as Computer Sciences Corporation, NEC, Microsoft Corporation and Singtel in roles with state wide, national and international responsibilities.  Over his career he has managed sales teams, corporate and product marketing groups, infrastructure operations, consulting services and product development teams.  The vast majority of his career he assumed business leadership responsibilities.
Mark Bogos - General Manager Operations

With over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, Mark’s knowledge base in ERP, BI, CRM, Application Development and Infrastructure covers a broad range of industries and solutions. His experience in Pronto Xi, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage and Oracle has been based on his ERP solution architecture and business management roles. Prior to joining Scope Systems, Mark worked in a number of organisations from NEC Australia and CSG, to RS Components and Power Business Systems.

Mark’s broad range of roles and solutions lends itself to his new responsibilities in the management of the operational divisions of Scope Systems, including Project Delivery, Consulting, Infrastructure Services, Support and Application Development.

Rik Hilhorst - Project Manager

Rik joined Scope Systems in early 2007 as a Support Consultant and recently took up the position of Development Manager overseeing the development of enhancements to Pronto Xi, upgrading clients to the latest version of Pronto Xi and integrating the software into other software applications.

Rik has more than 20 years of experience in IT including industries such as Health Care, Superannuation, and Manufacturing as a software engineer, project manager and IT manager. Rik holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of E-Commerce Management from Macquarie University.

Roger Gorski – Project Manager

Roger has been involved in the IT industry for over 23 years in various roles ranging from support, technical, functional, project management, and practice/service delivery management.

Roger’s prior roles have been focused in the Oracle ERP industry which have grounded him with experience in the delivery of ERP solutions across a wide spectrum of industries from Mining, Engineering & Construction, Financial sector, General Commercial and Government Agencies.  Roger’s expertise is enhanced by having experience not only in the functional/technical aspects of consulting solution delivery but also in the management of projects and the overall delivery management of consulting resources. Roger’s ability to plan, execute and deliver complex projects makes him a perfect fit for his new role in Scope Systems.

Filip Dimkovski - General Manager, Scope Systems Brisbane

Filip is responsible for the continued operations of Scope Systems Brisbane office. He is responsible for growing Scope Systems across the east coast of Australia as well as supporting our current clients’ base in the region. Filip joined Scope Systems in 2007 as a Support Consultant, overseeing the company's development department, in 2012 Filip was appointed to his current role of head of operations.

In Scope Systems, Filip has previous experience in customising Pronto Xi and adding new business process functionality, as well as upgrading clients and integrating the software with other software applications. Prior to joining Scope Systems, Filip worked in New Zealand as a Pronto Xi developer/support consultant dealing with clients from various industries including Retail, IT Services, Local Government, Mining and Manufacturing. Filip has also been the Pronto Xi Administrator at a Mine Site in Zambia, Africa.

Mark Boy - General Manager Scope Africa
Mark Boy and his team are responsible for providing Sales and Support Services for Scope Systems African Clients base. Mark has extensive business and financial management experience, having spent over 35 years in Planning, IT, Project Management, Marketing and Financial Management roles, primarily within the Oil & Gas and Mining Industries.
Robert Bradsell - Principal Consultant

Rob joined Scope Systems in 2014 during the acquisition of the NEC business, taking up the position of Service Delivery Manager to oversee the consulting team. Rob’s previous role at NEC was as Consulting Manager after having spent many years implementing systems, namely Pronto Xi.

Rob has more than 20 years’ experience in the IT industry. The majority of his time has been spent in the ERP space across a broad range of products and industries. Rob has built up great relationships with many clients over a long period of time due to his interpersonal skills, product and business knowledge and problem solving skills. Rob has a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and is a CPA.

Sonia Turner - Sales Manager

Over 25 years experience working with ERP manufacturing and mining software solution providers in both the UK and Australia Sonia takes a strategic solutions consultative approach with her clients. This involves using her extensive mining experience to determine what the business problem is, what the client is trying to achieve and what do we need to do to achieve these outcomes.


Once solutions are in place Sonia maintains a strong partnership relationship with her customers to ensure a continuous improvement strategy in order to streamline processes, management and show additional benefits.
Steve Hulland - Development Manager

Steve joined Scope Systems in 2014 during the acquisition of the NEC business, taking up the position of Development Manager overseeing the development of enhancements to Pronto Xi, upgrading clients to the latest version of Pronto Xi and integrating the software into other applications.

Steve has more than 30 years of experience in IT including industries such as Geophysical Exploration and Processing, Document Management and Warehousing. He has spent the last 10 years working with Pronto Xi across a diverse client base as a development team leader and manager and is a senior member of the Australian Computing Society.

Stuart Gunnis – General Manager of Infrastructure & Support Services

Joining Scope Systems in 2014 during the acquisition of the NEC business Stuart takes up the position of General Manager of Infrastructure Services. Stuart is responsible for delivering infrastructure solutions tailored to customers’ business requirements including high performance computing, high availability, disaster recovery, managed services and cloud services.

With over 25 years’ experience in information technology Stuart has worked across a diverse set of industries including Government, Education, Media, Health, Resources, Manufacturing and Transport and Logistics. He has extensive experience in managing, architecting and delivering complex infrastructure solutions that underpin critical business applications and processes.
