We survey every completed project as part of the sign off process. We request our customers to rate our capabilities across the successful delivery against the defined project budget, accomplishment of milestone phases, effective communications and reporting, management of risk and project variations, competency of consultants etc.
We have an established Project Management Office which ensures a disciplined usage of Prince 2 Project Management Methodology, and fosters an approach that is focused on business outcomes. This forms part of the foundation of Project Governance.
As part of any client engagement that constitutes a Project, Scope Systems initiates all projects by defining a Project Charter and incorporated Project Plan. The charter defines the project scope, assumptions/ constraints & dependencies, deliverables, phases, milestones etc. We ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined together with a risk register, communications plan and reporting, financial management, variance management etc.
We have regular best practices and learning review forum which looks at continuous refinement of our processes. This ensures we are adaptive to change and enables continued success in project delivery outcomes.
