The key to our service is communication. If we can't do something, we will let you know. As part of our consulting procedures, we will respond to your request for support within 4 hours for standard Support Calls, and within 1 hour for high priority calls. Furthermore, we continuously have at least three qualified support consultants in the office at all times during standard office hours.

We will listen attentively, conducting a thorough needs analysis of the business outcomes you are seeking to accomplish before recommending any solution. We will formulate innovative, practical and cost effective solutions delivering real business value. We will not oversell our products or services.

Our coding standards are governed by quality assurance practices and we commit to undergo rigorous testing before we handover any software development for user acceptance testing. We will upgrade all customisations to the latest software releases whilst maintained under software maintenance free of charge.
